I was getting phone calls to my mobile all hours day n nite I have note 20 ultra I called virginmedia and they changed my number I don't have a problem sending a text message the new number is correct and shows.. But if I ring anyone from my mobile it is showing my old mobile number that is no longer in use its completely dead....i have been onto virginmedia since 10an about 12 times till now and no one can help me... If I ring you and u miss the call if you hit it to recall me back it will come to the new number I got but to them its displaying my old number so they think they are ringing that I've searched n searched and don't know what to do next it is still the old SIM in my mobile but they changed number icmver the phone with me can anyone shed some like on this and what I can do please.
