My settings aren’t saving

Is anybody having this issue? I recently bought a note 20 ultra 5G, I’ve only had it for about a day and a half. I changed a ton of settings on Good lock yesterday and this morning some of my settings didn’t retain. My wallpaper reset to the one it came with out of the box. My time design was set to one that I had changed it to before changing it again. The air command menu saved but anytime I open it, it closes immediately. The drag down menu didn’t retain the theme I changed it to.

Update: After I opened up the good lock app, the settings started working, not sure if I’m gonna have to do that everyday or if it’s something that can be fixed

Probably not the issue but I assume the Goodlock  App hasn't been placed in sleep or deep sleep in your battery section in Device Care has it @Sleshjr  ?
