I am a #Samsung note 20 ultra 5g user my mobile is from USA it is a dual sim mobile, it is not showing me e sim option and I am staying in India @Can anyone help me to fix this issue

Not all phones are Dual sim, do you see sim manager?

As far as I'm aware not all US model Samsung phones support eSIMs
