Moisture Detected on USB charger Note 20 Ultra

I have upgraded to android 11 from 10 on a note 20 ultra 256 gb , and I suddenly received the moistute fault error, I did not droped the phone in water I live in the same place ,charged it only with samsung charger , I tried clearing the usb c setting cache and the water icon disapeared but once I connect the usb charger the error comes back , what to do? Nothing works, I called Samsung and they advised me to backup everything and send it to repair and they will decide if its my fault or not,I dont want to do that as they will 100% say its my fault so they will have to charge to fix, while its not my fault, the fact that a flagship phone 2 months olds gives error is unacceptable it was a £1200 phone

It may be a fault with your lead. Have you tried another Type C? Worth pay a few bucks just to find out if you don't have another one.

yes I tried other samsung chagers and the problem is still there, the usb port on the phone is the isue, the other cables and plugs charge the tablet, the other phones even my nintendo switch

back up and reset then before adding data back try the charger

after 2 weeks with no usb charging I received an software update and suddenly the error dissapeared, however I lost the support for ps4 joystick in call of duty mobile, as they have no support currently ... poor software development for android 11 , as it waa rushed to get the not even 1 year old s20 lines replaced ... next phone will deffo be an iphone, no more samsung

I have same problem ,phone was on table charging and this error came up for no reason at all.

Now it won't go ,can't charge phone unless wireless in car.

First Samsung phone very dissapointed with it so far .
