Hi There I've been trying to send an MMS/ gif/ Sticker and it's coming up with MMS not supported by network. I've done everythisays online online and YouTube but nothings working. Anyone else having this problem or any tips?? Many Thanks Louise ❣️❣️

Hi, yes it just that gifs are counted as picturere messages if you have a contract that doesn't include picture messages and spending cap limit is on you wont be able to send them. Hope this helps

No i haven't got a spending cap I'm a Pay as u go with unlimited messages calls etc but not sure it includes MMs. I've managed to send them.upto today and for some reason it won't today but thank u for replying. Thanks alot ❣️❣️

Sometimes a mobile account needs to be provisioned for mms @ShockAbsorber 

Ask your Networks Customer services to do this for you.

You also need a stable 3G connection.
