My NOTE 20 went in for repair because of a sim reader problem it's come back and I've just noticed on darker/black screens it shows marks. Is this something to worry about?

yea you need to complain like hell and get a new unit, before my S20 5G I bought an S20 FE and the 1st came with a screen similar to that, so I sent it back, 2nd and 3rd was the same so I demanded a full refund and here I am with a fully working S20 5G you just have to keep the pressure on. Sammy makes millions of phones there are going to be nasty ones out there

yea oled screen always have issues, they are made from one massive sheet and if it's cut close to the edge you get strange effects like that, and alot slips through qc but I think in your case it's been damaged

your definitely entitled to a refund or brand new device. 6 repairs and issue still not fixed. trading standards would be all over this!!. hope everything works out for you and you get a brand new one.

Repaired for 5 times ?? Wow.. I personally wouldn't have agreed to this. As a personal experience, my 2 month old Note 10+ 5G had to have a new mainboard and I was furious. The Samsung repair centre said that if the same problem occurs for more than 3 times, then I get the phone replaced altogether.
I would definitely speak to a superior and ask for a new device!

Current phone : Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ 5G 512GB

They said the same to me about the 3 time rule then they said they will only stop repairing it once it can't be repaired.Awful service.
