I had an issue with my device that was not resolvable thus forcing the need to have the device replaced.

I was told that it is not possible to obtain a note 20 anymore.

Is this a known change as I'm being forced down the s21 or z fold route

Yeah Samsung have stopped production of the note 20.

I was under warranty so wanted a replacement till the S22 ultra is released

I had the same issue with my A51 5g. So I emded up switching to the S21. Great phone. Only had it a few days but would highly recommend it.

If you are under warranty theyll give you the same value phone you bought so hang in there till the 22 ultra comes out

I needed a capable phone in the interim.
I tried for a part cash part phone solution so I could wait for the S22 ultra as I'm on the upgrade program, but they wouldn't do that.
So they have given me a z fold 3 512gb, but have lost out on a pen.
Will then make a call when the S22 comes out.
