How to claim earbuds?

Hi I've pre ordered a Note 20 Ultra from carphonw warehouse and I'm struggling to find the link to claim my free ear buds does anyone have the link or can help me out?

Link to the T's & C's on the Note20 pre-order promotions which gives more info on eligibility and how to claim: https://www.samsung.com/uk/galaxy-note-preorder/terms/

Short version in this case is that when you get your new Note20 Ultra, have put in a SIM and done the initial setup, go to the Members app on that device > Benefits >  Pre-Order > view details. You'll then be able to upload an Order advice notice and any other required info in order to make a claim.
