Hi
Go google play store
Click on your profile
Settings
Scroll down to about
At the bottom of the page
What does it say
Under play protect certification
It should show as
Device Certified

Try clearing the Google Play Store cache, and data

Restart device

And check playstore
Can download install apps

Hi
Hopefully it may be an error
If you tried clearing cache and data
On the playstore app
And it still giving the
Isn't certified
You would need to get in touch
With who had the phone from
That it hasn't been tempered with
And not routed as that
Will cause the issue
And Google blocks
The updates and app access

Mine says device is certified, does this mean I can use Google Pay without any issues ? It worked perfectly before Android 12, but I haven't tried it since updating! I will have to do that at some point..

I tried it today, it works flawlessly, just like before. Unlike other users who are having this issue, I was not enrolled in the Android 12 Beta programme.
