GIANT YELLOW RECTANGULAR VERTICLE BOX APPEARED ON MY SAMSUNG NOTE 20 ULTRA SCREEN

Today out of nowhere I'm getting this giant sloppy Rectangle up and down my screen. I have no idea why it's there, but it's really hurting my eyes! Please see pic and offer Help.

I can't tell if it's showing up on this as I took a Screen shot of it,  but it would align with what's on my screen so I cannot tell if it's being captured in the screenshot.

Not being captured on the screen shot, potentially something wrong with the display?

You won't be able to capture a display hardware issue on a screenshot, you may need to contact Samsung for a repair or replacement

Probably just out of warranty and samsung will ask you to pay for the repair

Looks like a hardware issue, since it doesn't show up on the screenshots.
Might be worth getting in touch with Samsung or pop into your local Samsung Experience Store if there is one in your area.
