Galaxy note ultra

My new note ultra runs very slow.It takes ages to load websites.If I write a comment it says I'm off line when I know I am not.i have to keep switching it off and on.This has turned out to be the worse phone I have ever owned

It has not made any difference.It takes ages to load a website and you tube takes ages to load up sometimes never

@smokygym Hello, in Applications, look for the Android system webview App. It`s located in System applications. To access the system apps you must click on the symbol marked in the screenshot. Activate Show system applications. Then look for the mentioned application. In Storage , clear cache and data, reboot the phone and check.

@smokygym ,another thing will be to check if you have pending updates.

Make sure you are not lossing Mobile Connection. My phone is doing that now while it is off wifi.
