Galaxy Note 20 Ultra 5G not showing esim options

Hi,

I am not seeing the esim option under the sim card manager on my phone.

Anyone else experienced this?

My phone is on Android Ver.12 and One UI ver. 4.1

It seems my device doesn't show eSim feature on the Connection Settings also! 🤔

Hey, any idea if it would work if we change the firmware ? I'm using Japan variant and esim is not available. I need esim enable badly. Please help

Have you been able to solve this, just got S20 plus US version n I have same issue

I don't think esim will work or even 5g will work. I haven't tried changing the firmware though.

Unfortunately bro I tried many times to fix this issue and at final Samsung answer me says HK Model no supported ESim never ever ans as WHT I understand it's programming hardware so no way .

MY SOLUTION is

I bought for ebay a part named by 

*Hybrid Double Dual SIM Card Adapter for Android Phone Extender Mini Micro Nano*

My issue is a bit different. When i go to add esim the only option it gives is go search for one. But the steps told to me from mint mobile and other tutorials. Well they say you scan a qr code or punch it in manually. And these options do not show for me.
