GALAXY NOTE 20 ULTRA 5G N9860 (HONG KONG VERSION)

I bought GALAXY NOTE 20 ULTRA 5G N9860 from Hong Kong, i'm using it in Qatar, 5g network not working.

My sim card is active and i'm living in 5g covered area.

I tried in sim 1 tray and in sim 2 tray, stil same issue.

Anyone can help to solve this problem??

Yes sure , i selected the 5g option.

My sim card is 5g activated 

the 5g frequency of the carrier is n78

they told form their side 5g is activated, and no issue on my line
