Galaxy note 20 ultra 5G have no e-sim option

My Samsung galaxy Note 20 Ultra 5G doesn't show its SIM Card manager option due to that I couldn't add e-sim on my device.

Can I ask where you got the phone from? Usually is doesn't show if either the phone isn't dual sim or locked out by network provider
