I ordered my galaxy buds live promotion after pre ordering and getting my Note 20 on August 22nd .. I didnt get a confirmation email but when I checked the tracking around end of September the tracker said it had been dispatched.
Its now November, I have called Samsung about this but they said they xant deal with it and said that I should email promotions with the proofs and let them know whats happened. I have done this but recieved no reply. I sent this email on 17th October.
Given the pandemic, responses will be a lot slower than usual however I would still not give up and keep contacting them as Samsung should hold up there offers. Failing that you could seek advice from Trading Standards. Hope that helps 🙂
