Just pre-ordered the Samsung galaxy note from Vodafone which comes with a free gift how do I claim my free Xbox pass and controller

suspect you'll be able to claim it a few weeks after delivery if on contract. if direct from Samsung (but needs up front payment) you normally get the 'gift' shipped at the same time.
that's how it's worked in the past.
