Ordered phone on 15Th sept. Should have free watch offer. When I try to claim through members area, says dates not valid. Anyone know how to claim?

just noticed this may not have applied to the note.why is this? it was included with the S10 note. only reason I changed to Samsung as my fit it keeps breaking down from Apple
