Frame drop when in landscape mode

I experience frame drops when in landscape mode while watching videos or only when in that mode, also when returning to portrait mode.

I wonder what happened? Has anyone experienced something similar? This happened since Android 11, now I'm on Android 12 / One UI 4.1

Note 20 Ultra Exynos version
