Fast charging not working

Note 20 ultra fast charging is not working it's showing cable charging instead of fast charging and it's soo slow. Any help??

Go to settings look for battery supercharged click

Go to Samsung Centre I bought one it was not fast charging cable it was very slow so I went to Samsung Centre asked for fast charging cable and it is being alright I thought there was something wrong with the phone

This cable what are had was not fast charging cable

But I charge my tab s7+ with the same cable it's fast charging at 25W

I have the same problem on the s21 ultra.

Are you able to use a different charging brick and cord  ?

Also if available try a fast charging pad  / charging stand.
