Hello, I notice when I use the Samsung Gallery app to edit photos I've taken, it saves a copy into my camera roll. Is there any way to simply overwrite the original so I only have the one, perfectly edited?  And some sort of 'revert to original' behind it just in case? I don't like the idea of cluttering my photo folders with multiple versions of everything or deleting originals (can you tell I've just switched from iOS? lol)  Thanks

Not as far as I'm aware with the native editor on a Samsung phone.

It's kind of a fail save just incase something goes awry @SBnoteultra

What band of brothers has mentioned is correct incase the edited version of the photo is not a final copy you prefer.

that makes sense. but I am getting my idea from how the iPhone does it, it stores the original behind the scenes in case you want to revert, but also let's you save a copy if you want both side by side

@SBnoteultra

They most certainly do.

The feedback option is within your Samsung Members App.

All you are asking for comes in One UI 3.0

For N20 expect it for early January, it usually gets updated when a new Android version comes in

awesome! I was wondering when to expect that. I'm glad they're committing to 3 years now, so this'll be update one of three? (they aren't counting Android 10 as one are they?)
