Try doing this, put them in your ears, hold both sides down until you hear a beep, then try searching them up on your bluetooth. Hope it solves your issue

Which model of earnuds are they @fred_man

I.e Samsung models or a 3rd party product  ?

Daily Driver > Samsung Galaxy s²⁴ Ultra 512Gb ~ Titanium Black.

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.

Thank you for clarifying @fred_man  👍

Are they showing as paired in your bluetooth list of paired devices.

If they are then delete the pairing.

Pop the buds back into the case and shut the lid.

Then open up the lid and wait for the phone to see the earbuds and follow the prompts to set up the pairing again making sure bluetooth is on.

Or long press on your bluetooth icon in the pull down shade where all your other toggles are.

Does your phone pair up OK with other earphones / watches vua Bluetooth ok ?

If this continues to cause problems then you may need to look at having the buds looked at or replaced.

How to pair your Samsung Buds.
