Duel Sim contacts

I'm second (duel sim) isn't accessing my contacts. All calls are showing as withheld 

Help please

If it was me, i would reset the network plan for the sim card manager. If you are in the UK, there is a code you can type in on the dialer screen that will reset all the sim card settings & remove all the call forwarding settings. If you want me to send you it, i will.

Can it be directed to just the duel sim

You can direct it at either of the sims. You have to toggle your preferred sim switch yourself unless you have set it to one or the other.

Thankyou for your advise you were right, it was a transfer issue with EE. They reset the sim and all now works perfectly
