Duel Sim contacts

I'm second (duel sim) isn't accessing my contacts. All calls are showing as withheld 

Help please

Are you talking about incoming calls to your phone ?

If you open the phone app, press the dots in the top right hand corner and go to other settings. There is a slide switch to show callers numbers. Make sure that it's turned on.

That's already switched on I've rebooted several times. Only thing I haven't done is to take the sim cards out and then back in.
The second sim was changed to contract yesterday

As far as i know, the primary sim should always be in slot 1. But i haven't heard of the caller ID not working on one but not the other.

This is the mad part of it. If a contact sim 1 name shows. Sim 2 and states private number ?!?

I would also check the sim card manager settings as well. They sometimes need to be setup slightly differently depending on preferences.

Have you checked the contacts settings in the app ? It needs to be set to show all contacts.

Checked. All seems fine.
