Dual sim dialler buttons missing

The latest update has removed the 2 button dialler option for dual sims. I only see 1 dialler button.

How have they messed this up?

I know mate. same process for texts. I'm sure samsung will sort it eventually. its early days yet.

Any change in user interface has to improve the user experience. In this case user experience has messed up. Please samsung look into this.

Also does anyone know how to contact samsung new product development?

ATTN Samsung Support please fix this issue ASAP!!!

The purpose of dual sim is to make calls / send text messages using SIM 1 or SIM 2......previous user experience with two buttons for making calls or sending messages was straight forward, easy, fast and working!!! Also, for text messages, we use to have visibility of which SIM (SIM 1 or SIM 2) was used to send and receive the specific message....
Now, we have only 1 button to make call or send message and the default SIM is the last SIM used.....so its an extra step to toggle between SIMS .....this is not productive, confusing and horrible user experience!!! Shocking who at Samsung approved this change............please fix this issue immediately!!!.....I speak on behalf of all your millions of Customers around the World! .....I'm sure many Customers are confused and have no idea Samsung has created an extra step to toggle between using SIM 1 or SIM 2

So looks like Samsung is forcing us to TOGGLE the ONE button to select SIM1 or SIM2.....instead of two separate buttons for SIM1 and SIM2.....

@Samsung Support - when will you fix this bqck to how it use to be????!!! We need TWO separate buttons for SIM1 and SIM2 for making calls AND sending SMS

I am so angry of this update lacking the dual dialer option!!

Which i*88t decided it!!!! Oh I know, someone at Samsung decided if they make dual sim unfriendly we will buy second phone, thus doubling their sales!!!! This is so stupid, I will never buy samsung again just because of this!!!!!!! Currently I cannot tell from which SIM I am calling and if I use the option for the phone to ask every time, then my handsfree in the car is useless as I have to look at the phone and this leads to  accidentsss!!!!!! Samsung opened themselves to so many litigations with this stupid s**t!!!!

This is so broken!!!!!!! I have sims from two different countries, previously, if I dial one country number with + code, it will ask me to use this country sim...now it dials numbers in country 2 from SIM in country 1.......!!!!!!

The best way to ask Samsung to possibly change this would be to use your feedback option in the Samsung Members app under get help at the bottom.
