disappointed galaxy note 20

I have had galaxies for years now and always been happy with them until now my s10+ was fantastic but I fancied an upgrade what a mistake that was all I can say is steer clear of the galaxy note 20 I've had nothing but problems with it I've now had to buy a wireless charger at my own expense because my phone has decided there is moisture in the charger port it has been no were near any moisture I've tried all the quick fix tips and nothing is working I think its time for another upgrade to a phone that actually works (not Samsung)

I have the same issue. Phone saying moisture detected so left it in rice for a week, just incase, it was then OK for a few days then it started up again. I've tried rice again and no luck. So got wireless charging pad. Still getting notification as a pop up even though not charging thru port. I've never had issues with Samsung phones before.

I found a solution to the charging issue temporarily but it's a pain doing it everytime you need to charge
