Different ringtones for different apps

Since the most recent security and phone updates apps that I used different tones has reverted back to what my text message tone is, I now can no longer change the notification sounds for different apps.  Has anyone else ran into this?
I used to be able to change the notification sounds for weather app, amazon, Facebook, Messenger, a few of my games and my security cameras.
Now when I click on the"Notifications" for each app the only  options I have are "Allow sound and vibration" and "Delivery Quietly"

Annoying as heck because now I have to look at my phone every time it goes off to see why.

Hi you could try search notifications then click on whatever app you're trying to change the sound of. Then either click on in app notification settings or notification category it will open up screen with toggles - don't click on the toggle but on the actual text on the left of the toggle and you will be able to change sound
