My advice is to go for the biggest capacity you can comfortably afford, and one that's pockeatable.
The one I have also has a rubberised pad on the top of it so I can wirelessley charge as well as hook it up to the phone with a cord.
Look at reviews attached to them and there are some good reviews on YouTube too.
