I bought my note 20 ultra 5g in amazon dispatched by samsung and it turns out that I have neither the galaxy buds nor the samsung care right, what discrimination should not be like that since it is the same samsung who sells you the device
I'm not at all sure, but hasn't that promo ended a while ago? and if it definitely hasn't, it is usually that they are only dispatched with the phone when buying directly from Samsung, despite your order being dispatched from Samsung, your purchase has taken place via Amazon. I pre ordered a "sim free" S21 Ultra ( Stock/BTU firmware ) via a third party and i also didn't receive my Buds & Tag with it, but I believe those who bought directly from Samsung did. If the promotion is in fact still open, you may have to claim via Samsung website, as I did to claim my promotional gifts.
I have contacted Samsung and they have told me I quote " I understand that, please be advised that there are no current offers available for the Note20 Ultra. We cannot have the Samsung CAre+ for your device as well since this is purchased from Amazon, you can only purchase Samsung Care+ if you will purchase directly from our website and you need to purchase it together with the device."
