We've spoken to the Shop team in Ireland about what you've reported about the e-voucher for your Galaxy Buds Live when pre-ordering the Note20 and found that they are aware and are working hard on an update to get this sorted this for you. We really appreciate your patience while they working with our partners to get this sorted as soon as possible.
@AJE, if you pre-ordered the Galaxy Note20, you were able to claim for a gift redeemed through Samsung Members for participating retailers in Ireland - like the Samsung Online Shop Ireland. Full details can be found on our website, here. If you're based in the UK and ordered from the Samsung Online Shop UK, you will have been able to select your gift when you put it in your basket, or with other retailers use Samsung Members to claim.
@sianp, I think you're referencing another promotion - can you share a link to the promotion (and we may need to move to another thread to help others find this information)?

When I pre ordered the N20 Ultra part of the ordering process was to choose one of the promotional items.
Did you order through Samsung or a UK Network ?
