claiming galaxy buds live with evoucher

Hi everyone is anybody in Ireland having problems claiming there free galaxy buds live with their evoucher I got my evoucher and put it into the promo box and it came up expired even though its meant to expire at the end of October 2020.

We've spoken to the Shop team in Ireland about what you've reported about the e-voucher for your Galaxy Buds Live when pre-ordering the Note20  and found that they are aware and are working hard on an update to get this sorted this for you. We really appreciate your patience while they working with our partners to get this sorted as soon as possible. 

 

@AJE, if you pre-ordered the Galaxy Note20, you were able to claim for a gift redeemed through Samsung Members for participating retailers in Ireland - like the Samsung Online Shop Ireland. Full details can be found on our website, here. If you're based in the UK and ordered from the Samsung Online Shop UK, you will have been able to select your gift when you put it in your basket, or with other retailers use Samsung Members to claim

 

@sianp, I think you're referencing another promotion - can you share a link to the promotion (and we may need to move to another thread to help others find this information)?

Yesss I'm having this exact problem too. Nobody answered the number that was included with the email so I'm glad there's something here about it!

Hi I from the UK and i pre-ordered the note 20 ultra and didn't have the code through the Samsung members app, is there anything I can do to still claim the buds or is it too late?

The offer will have had a start and end date for the promotion @jacklroberts 

 

When I pre ordered the N20 Ultra part of the ordering process was to choose one of the promotional items.

 

Did you order through Samsung or a UK Network  ?

 

In the Uk from https://www.samsung.com/uk/galaxy-note-preorder/terms 

 

"13. Claims must be submitted between 00.01 (BST) 21 August 2020 and 23:59 (BST) 20 September 2020 (the “Claim Period”). Claims received outside the Claim Period will be marked as invalid and will not be accepted."

I pre-ordered through O2, I spoke with Samsung support and they told me to send an email to notepreorder@samsungpromotions.claims but I haven't heard anything back from them
