Does anyone know what is going on with the website to claim your free gift for the S20 Note ultra ..I have my voucher code but the website has been down for weeks now saying it will be back Friday at 11 ??... Got no where with customer service they won't do it over the phone. Any one had any joy using a different route to claim there buds ?
My buds arrived this week. I got the email saying claim was valid and to expect the voucher but it never arrived. I had another customer service enquiry so used the contact form and got email response which included link for phone number. Got through no trouble and it was all sorted out by immediately sending me a new voucher email and the delivery was confirmed for next day. Try using the contact form.
Just clear your browser data and browser cache in Samsung Internet app, then the website should run smooth. Had the same issue, did the above and then the website enables me to process with my free gift.
