I've had trouble in the last couple of days. Going to the site resulting in it being under maintenance and nothing seemed to work. I'm glad to say its worked now!
What you need to do is clear your default browser history and cache. Once that is done, go back to your email, copy your evoucher code and click on the given link.
I hope it'll work for you as it did me. Now, let's hope the ear buds are comfortable!
