Claim - Galaxy Watch?

Hi guys i just picked up a galaxy note 20 ultra today from the phone shop and they said to me that i can get a galaxy watch from samsung how do i claim that?

hi mate when you start your phone go on to samsung member app. then click on benefits which will be at the top of the corner. then fill out the form.

there are no claims for a watch all i see if you pre ordered between 05/08 -20/08 you can claim buds active or game bundle but don't see s watch promotion sadly mine was bout 29/8 so sod all for me lol

I have the same issue. only let's you proceed if you pre ordered. The promotion terms don't specify this though so we should be able to claim without pre ordering .
