Can't play games with mobile data on note 20 ultra 5g

I can't play any games on my note 20 ultra that need mobile data. Using wifi i don't have any problems but using mobile data it just stuck on loading and won't go through the game. Any suggestion? Thanks in advance

@monjanhoj: Can you try going to Settings > Connections > Data Usage > Data Saver, and toggle this option off if applicable. Also, head to Settings > Apps > Select the game you're having trouble with > Mobile Data > Allow Background Data Usage > On, to see if this helps. I'd also recommend disabling Wi-Fi when you're out of range of your router, to avoid any connectivity conflicts with Mobile Data. 

Have you checked with your network to see if you have 5G coverage in your area? Depending on their response, go to Settings > Connections > Mobile Networks > Network Mode > 5G/LTE/3G/2G (auto connect), or LTE/3G/2G (auto connect) if there's no available 5G signal. This will ensure that you're connecting to the strongest available signal in your area. Let me know how you get on.

I did everything you said but still the game that need mobile data still stuck at loading.  On my network mode i dont have a 5g connection only LTE, i guess my location don't have 5g signal yet. I dont have any problem with other app that need mobile data only gaming app that needs mobile data. Hoping there's more option to solve this problem. Thank you

Im also got the same problem cannot play gta game that i buy from the playstore which I'm still trying to enter it and search for the reason why i have this difficulty using note20 ultra

It seems the original poster and I have the same issue and they tried all of your suggestions, as did I, with no luck. Do you have other suggestions as to what could be causing this? It's disappointing to say the least.

i have the same issue and no luck with anything 😞 it is the same with my new samsung galaxy s21 ultra mobile data doesn't work with some app at all. If anyone know how to fix it please share I'm getting sick of new samsung now T_T
