Galaxy Note20 Series@ItzZia: This isn't an issue with the cleanliness of your camera, but the result of the way the light is hitting the lens. When you point your camera directly at a light source, the effect you're seeing is completely natural, and is intensified depending on the brightness of the light. You may be able to reduce the effect by adjusting the angle that the picture is taken at, or by using Pro Mode, and increasing the shutter speed so less light is let into the image.
