Bluetooth headset microphone issue

Hi,

I switched from Huawei mate 20 pro to Note 20 ultra recently, while using the same bluetooth headset Bose Soundsport I am getting significantly lower quality on the mic from the headset. I am quite often use those headphones for calls etc but now recipients can barely here me or voice is more distorted. Was looking for any microphone settings on the device or app but couldn't find anything. Not sure if anyone got any experience with similar?

I just moved from Google pixel to note 20 ultra and been using my Bose qc35 since 2016 no problem. Since using my headphones with the note ultra, people I call tell me the sound is distorted or they can't hear me

I just switched from Samsung Galaxy Note 9 to the Note 20 and using the same apps with different headsets, people cannot hear me properly on the Note 20, but it worked fine on the Note 9. I am also have had issues using discord calls and skype calls with the Note 20 inbuilt microphone and the sound is also worse. How is that possible?? I would very mucb like a reply from Samsung fast, before I return my phone.

Even I am facing the same issue. 

I have shifted from the vivo 11 to note 20 ultra and the Bluetooth headphones which are working fine with my old phone arent working well with note 20. People on the call are not able to hear my voice.

I have the same issue.

Never had a problem on my S9+ but moving to Note 20 ultra, people I talk to always complain about that my voice is low when using the bluetooth headset.

I tested the bluetooth headset on my old phone and it works fine.

Did you figure out a solution to the problem?

Unfortunately nope Mate. Using Buds Live I got with the pre order so gave up on my other headset

It's not fixed as I mention  because unfortunately I didn't find any solution for it !!

When i connect to any Bluetooth earphones it mics work at very low sound in my Note 20 Ultra, and another person unable to hear my voice.
Checked with multiple Bluetooth earphones and the same Bluetooth earphones work great with my old Samsung device j7 pro.
Please help
