In order to determine what the issue is with your device, please perform a hardware test on your phone. To do this dial *#0*# into your telephone keypad > tap on ‘Red’, ‘Green’ and ‘Blue’ > observe the colour displayed. If the colours still show the lines there may be a hardware issue with your device. If this is the case the best thing to do is to take your phone to one of our Samsung Support Centres: https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/service-centre/
After 35 days they want to repair it by changing display,actually one of main features I bought this phone is its IP68 rate once they will change the display this IP rate will be broken .
I didn't know what I do ,I try to reach customer service @samsung Egypt and I face many problems due to lake of information and misleading and hesitate descions from customer service and service center .
I wonder why I face all these hassle however I bought premium note 20 ultra one of the most expensive phone in Samsung mobile phone portfolio???!!!!
