Battery charges less then phone is using

I have a problem with " slow charging" stopped working a few weeks ago on my note 20 Ultra.

I checked with an app and show that I charge approx.. 250/500mAh, but since my superfast 40w was still working I thought that this is no problem, but now this stopped working after reaches 80%.

I have tried to restart without any success. It feels like the phone soon will not be able to charge at all anymore. Feels like the battery is throwing in the towel. Anyone that has a clue what to do?

If this was my phone then I'd try the following …

• Check their is no debris in the charging port by using a torch. 
• Try another charging cable and power brick.
• Try a wireless charger.
• Factory reset as a last resort.
• Let a Samsung Experience Store or Samsung Service Centre have hands on.
