Anyone having issues updating youtube please

Since 2 days I'm trying to update youtube and its not allowing, error message is showing no other info there tried everything can anyone help please

uninstall button in google play app page, that will reset it to the factory installed version. then tap update and it will go through

Have you tried signing into your Google account?

Yes I have tried signing in aswell as restoring previous version of Google play I haven't had any luck
