Galaxy Note20 SeriesHi, is there any way to permanently stop the irritating Software Update notification (Not to mention the intrusive pop-up that'll randomly interrupt what you're doing) instead of hiding it for 2 hours at a time?
Absolutely sick of Samsung trying to force their horrendous software updates on me! I have paid for a device and to have it seemingly controlled by Samsung is annoying, I will NOT update my phone because there is nothing wrong with it as is, "Don't fix it if it's not broken". My note 9 was constantly force updated and it practically ruined the device, not having a repeat.
Thanks in Advance

Galaxy Note20 SeriesThe last time I looked you could activate the developer options and then there was an option to action something in there.
i.e
Go to Developer option > Disable Automatic system updates option
Daily Driver > Samsung Galaxy s²² Ultra 256Gb in Phantom Black.
The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "

Galaxy Note20 SeriesYeah, I've already done this but unfortunately, it doesn't stop the notifications and popup/overlays

Galaxy Note20 SeriesIt's so annoying, it's not that I don't want to do the update, but not now. I'm just wanna watch some YouTube, whiteout those popups.

Galaxy Note20 SeriesInstall package disabler pro. Then you can shut down updates or indeed any other service you don't want running. Been using it for months now with no issues whatsoever and it improves battery life too.
