My Fold has been stable since the Android 12 update apart from a glitch with the predictive text in the Samsung Keyboard.
After an update I perform the following > Clear your System File Cache via the instructions in the Samsung Link. You may need to hook upto a computer or insert your headphones to get to the recovery menu. https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-clear-the-cache-on-my-device/
You can also clear the cache of an individual app via settings, apps,email,storage,clear cache.
An extreme option is to back up and factory reset.
Another interim option could be to try another email app if your currently having Samsung email.
