Hello everyone...
I hope that you can help me. How can I enable the IMS settings on the Note20 Ultra to be able to use RSC features?
I'm on Giffgaff (O2) network.
I'm looking forward for your help
I wish the best of life for everyone, take care.

thank you very much but as a matter of fact, the chat features aren't working on the note20 ultra 5g!

no absolutely not and I think it depends on network as well I'm on ee with s20 and it worked for a while, before that s10 plus on o2 and it never worked from day one.

if it never worked on o2 then it must be that because giffgaff for me runs on o2 network and in that case, samsung and o2 have to reach on some kind of agreement!

yea this was up to March 2020 so it may have change but sounds like this is the case. to be honest I'm so used to it it doesn't bother me no more. I just use sms and if I need to send stuff I just jump on what's app. I also noticed when rcs did work if you sent a message on the watch it would send as an sms so it's all really pointless really, that's the one and only thing I will give to apple, imessage is flawless
