Samsung Members app - offer claim

Hi,

Pre-order a Note20 Ultra and got delivered with the phone the offer I selected. Now going to the members app on my note20, its saying that I can claim another free offer. It seems to good to be true, so just asking here before doing a claim.

It will ask for your imei number or serial number, can't remember which one off the top of my head. But it will most likely check if you've already redeemed a claim using the number. You can try it and it may give you another claim. I doubt it though.
