note 20 ultra - feedback

So far the camera is poor, 

1) not focusing properly ?

2) leaving ghosting on edges?

3) on 108mp mode applies oil paint filter?

Tried ringing Samsung, was held in queue for 20mins, got through,  then got cut off. 

I'd appreciate some feedback or anyone else with similar issues.

The phone is rubbish in all aspects. The screen on my note 10 plus seems brighter, the battery life is poor and has no stand out features to its predecessor! Not worth the money.
