Note 20 delivery

Hi I'm.supposed to be getting my note 20 delivery after 6PM today..the order is still saying preparing dispatch.is this normal or am I unlikely to get it

Have you had any info from dpd with a time slot.

Many including myself are looking to get it Saturday or Monday.

I received notification mine would be Monday.

No I havnt had any info on it at all

Samsung or dpd havnt been in touch since my order

There should be a link in the Samsung email to track the package and or download the dpd app which can give more information @Rob5173

I pre ordered the S7 plus which was supposed to come at 12pm today. I phoned Samsung and they said there was a problem with the System. They said to expect it between now and Monday. They also said they will refund the postage and send a £25 voucher. Really disappointed but nothing we can do about it.

think there might be a problem with DPD today. I didn't get any delivery notice for my watch and there was no record of it in the DPD app but they delivered it this morn!
