Android auto does not work. It connects then disconnects. Have looked on the Internet for fixes but come up with nothing. Apparently this is an issue on multiple new Samsung phones. My old S10+ connects with no problems so it is definitely not my cars system at fault. Please sort a fix out for this problem Samsung. What have you done to cause this issue

hi have you tried changing the lead or connecting via usb

Yes it is connected using USB. The phone will not change USB settings to transfer file/android auto even with it set as default. It seems to be a common fault that Samsung doesn't seem to acknowledge or seem to be fixing

have you cleared the device list in your car ? what make is it?

Yes have done all that. It is a 2020 Mustang with Sync 3. The system has had all updates done as has my phone. The problem seems to be with the phone as it won't let the USB setting change to transfer files/android auto.
