WiFi calling

I have just bought this unlocked from eBay and gone with Virgin. I keep setting Wi-Fi calling and it keeps going off. Is this Virgin not enabling or is there some trick?

You need to request Virgin set it up at their end

But you state that S20 FE doesn't do internet calls. I would not have purchased it had I known.
