It really depends on which model of those two phone's ticks your wants and needs boxes @Mike8888
Do you want or will use the s-pen that comes with a Note phone ?
The Samsung Galaxy s20 is a newer model but from your link is a “ renewed ” model which is a refurbished / pre owned phone.
The N10+ is an older phone but from your link is from Samsung via amazon and is new.
The Samsung Galaxy s20 would be better future proofed as it'll receive updates for longer.
Both phone's are excellent and each have their own merits and have different aesthetics.
I'd suggest to look at comparison tables and YouTube reviews.
Personally if you don't mind not having a s-pen then if a renewed model does not faze you or if you can find a new model I'd go for the Samsung Galaxy s20, but again that's my choice looking at value for money and future proofing.
