My samsung note 10 plus is stuck on android 11 from 2021. it is always saying up to date, even when i use smart switch it shows its up to date

Dude the note 10 series isn't going to get android 13. 12 is the last upgrade. You'll still be getting security patches

Don't listen to him you can still get sercurity updates and os updates just root your fone Google is your friend.
