I have tried to install update but couldn't due to apparent firmware failure...has anyone any ideas? I have S10 NOTE PLUS

It's a known issue to which Samsung have pulled the update for now.

I got it on my s10 plus. size 963mb. Its got DEX and other features in it like samsung keyboard new features in camera etc.
