Unresponsive guestures

So just recently the navigation guestures does not respond in some apps every now and again and I have to lock it and unlock it or sometimes even restart the phone for it to work. Also the 'Swipe down for notification panels' features is unresponsive sometimes too and I had to restart the phone a couple of times to fix it. And I'm pretty sure it's not an hardware issue.

@Zhi: If you restart your phone in Safe Mode via the steps below and monitor the performance, does the issue persist? If not, please restart the device as you would normally and remove any recently installed 3rd party apps.

Turn the device off > Press and hold the Power key > Release the Power key when the Note 10 logo appears > Press and hold the Volume Down key immediately after releasing the Power key > Continue to hold the Volume Down button until the device finishes booting.
